- A large background check provider used to manually create, distribute and archive multiple types of letters, forms and compliance documents.
- The client wished to outsource and automate the process to reduce dependencies and complexities of making periodic changes.
- Dove Direct was tasked with designing the document lifecycle management solution.
- Tracking, Returns Processing and Reporting were the key requirements to ensure compliance with FCRA laws.
Solution
- Our analysts and developers worked with the client's product managers to analyze their documents processing and compliance needs.
- We designed and developed a custom solutions built on our document composition platform to manage the lifecycle (from composition to archival)
of the documents generated within the client's organization. These documents included letters, compliance forms, background reports, etcetera. - The solution helped the client consolidate printing and mailing operations to a single vendor, thereby reducing costs and risks.
